Project Overview

A full festival technical build covering three stages, front-of-house, backline logistics and weather contingency.

The Challenge

Twenty-eight acts with individual technical riders, changing over on a schedule with no spare time.

Our Solution

A shared control backbone with per-act preset recall meant changeovers became a recall rather than a rebuild, and a wind-rated roof system removed weather as a scheduling risk.
