Project Overview

A plenary and breakout programme for 1,800 delegates, produced across a main auditorium and four secondary rooms.

The Challenge

Nine simultaneous language feeds and a plenary that had to reset between formats in under twelve minutes.

Our Solution

A wide 21:9 stage canvas with pre-programmed scene states let the room change character without moving scenery, while translation ran on a dedicated distribution network.
